List of apps available for testing for a target

We need a list of apps available for testing for a target, so testers can easily test. We should also make it so that it is not confusing for end users

We had a brief chat about this with @ferenc at lunch. My proposal was to have a big button saying X apps in testing next to the Submit your app button beneath the listings, like http://apps.formeego.org/basecategories/n9/1.2/harmattan/
