Upgrade to org.ehcache 3.0.0 #1

We need to upgrade to 3.0.0.m2 which supports now jcache and get rid of the warnings for no region found.

There is still no documentation on 3.0 on how to integrate with hibernate: http://ehcache.org/documentation/ and the version is managed by the spring platform bom.
