I didn't find any solutions or discussions about using fingerprint sensor to get access to secret app's data. I'll try to add lock/unlock by fingerprint if somebody find open-source application as example or some documentation.

It would be nice to publish app to harbour so that's why application uses allowed only libs by harbour-validator. harbour-validator even does not allow jolla's secrets lib to store sensitive data in device memory
