Material relationship related bug. #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a material relation which extremities are not mediated by an
unique Relator Universal instance. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a live validation window prompting the user that
Material Association instances needs to have its extremities mediated by an
unique Relator Universal instance. Instead, the Editor freezes.
