oddity in coloring previews when curating violin plots #155

hey gyus, when i build violin plots and change the color of samples in a particular condition it changes the point colors but not the violin color as needed. if i just ignore it and save, this is corrected away in the actual display (i.e. the colors of the violins are what i asked for), so its not urgent - but i do think this could lead to some user confusion/frustration. carlo

So it changes the jitter colors but not the violin? That should be fixable.

yes thats right - i just checked and this is still the case

I am not observing this in the localized instance of gEAR that I run on my computer. Changing colors changes the violin color but the jitter points are always grey/black.

Going to close but if it is still an issue (after nemo-production is updated), feel free to reopen
