Moved the SyncML plugins to out of process plugin mechanism #22

The SyncML client and server plugins have been moved to use the new OOP plugin architecture implementation. The only change that needs to be done is in the .pro file to compile the plugin code with the new implementation. Tested these plugins and sync works

This was fixed and rebased and merged separately.
