Fix OOP plugin generation #30

WIP: don't merge yet. It still works as an in-process plugin, but the OOPServerPlugin.cpp code in buteo syncfw hasn't yet been fixed, so this patch as-is breaks things.

Rebased. Works now, on top of buteo-syncfw-qt5 version 0.6.42

Removed the Qt4-stuff and also cleaned up the .pro files a bit so it's more maintainable.
