Porting of buteo-sync-plugins (mainly hcontacts) to qt5 and qt5pim #9

Porting of the buteo-sync-plugins to qt5 and also to qt5pim. Tested with memotoo.com and slow-sync and fast sync (both 2-way) works. Also ported the storage notifier plugin
