[fingerterm] Implemented scalable UI layout #41

The current version is not usable on devices with high DPI displays (such as Nexus 5 port of Sailfish OS) due to hard coded pixel values. Added rudimentary UI scaling.

LGTM if tested and looks ok on most used devices (sbj, nexus4,5)
