Hide virtual keyboard when physical keyboard is open #49

Apologies for getting this late back here.

Tried this and noticed that some hardware keyboards or buttons don't work properly with Fingerterm even though they do in Silica apps. For example with Russian keyboard only few buttons work. With such shortcoming, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to enable virtual keyboard hiding.

Commit 3671905ef8c449bef2368f697278250fd3345719 in PR #56 replaces this. No need to hide, as the vkb stays faded when typing with HW keyboard.
