  1. If phantom is scanned twice or more on the same day, the last fmriqa report will overwrite previous ones.

  1. If session is repeated 2 or more all the files will be stored in study directory. It is ok, because dicom2bxh converter creates relevant number of bah files (dicoms-1.bxh, dicoms-2.bxh etc.). Just loop over the files correcting the line 14 in bxh-xcede/run.sh: csh -c "fmriqa_phantomqa.pl dicoms.bxh fmriqa"
