Just as the existing issues/requests for MariaDB/MySQL, I'd like to add another one for the MS SQL Server. I think it's a pretty important SQL dialect used by many. I'm not sure if you'd like to delete this one and create a new one with your template containing checkboxes.
Anyway, just letting you know. And thanks for such a great project!
Just letting you know that support for SQL Server / Transact-SQL is not in any short- or mid-term plans. For several reasons:
I personally have zero experience with Microsoft SQL stack.
It's closed source.
The documentation of the MS SQL syntax is IMHO very difficult to understand. (I read a lot of it while implementing sql-formatter library, and I have developed a strong dislike towards it.)
So far there isn't a big interest from users (e.g. compared with PostgreSQL support).
