Clarify that sim.reset also reverts the model parameters #131

This is pointed out in soft_reset but not in reset. I've suggested some changes in commit https://github.com/nengo/nengo-dl/commit/de7c89dc88d1da21e8da568c3dfb937439a8a9c4 which is in the reset-docstrings branch.

How do I delete my branch? https://github.com/nengo/nengo-dl/tree/reset-docstrings ~Normally there is a trashcan icon next to it in the branch list.~ Edit: It's been deleted now.
