Reworked HTBAB examples #1036

Rework of the HTBAB example code available in NengoGUI.

Changes:

Renamed objects named "input" to something more appropriate.
Standardized variable names across examples
Fixed vocabulary errors for SPA examples
Adjusted RNG seeds for SPA examples to generate better (more distinctive) vectors
Adjusted positions of NengoGUI objects to fix display issues
Updated cfg files to newest versions used by NengoGUI
Fixed spelling errors in code comments
