Import GeoJSON (version 2)

Note that Proj4JS exists, so Rijksdriehoek shouldn't be a problem.

Also with https://github.com/calvinmetcalf/shapefile-js apparently we can upload a zipped shapefile with the File API, and turn it into GeoJSON. Seems reasonably possible.

@lexvand Hi Lex, Here my summary from what I need.

I (Tom) was appointed to pick up this ticket + the pdf ticket: https://github.com/nens/hittestresstool-client/issues/9 Wisse Beets is Projectleider.

The following things I need:

• examples files from all type of shapefiles that I need to support. They need to be attached to this ticket.
• priority: which of the 2 tickets is more important? Shapefile import or PDF export? I assume for now that shapefile import is more important. Let know if otherwise. I will start with more important ticket.
• Is it correct that the only thing a the shapefile import does is apply the items from theshapefile to the current hittestress calculation? Is there a graphical design?
• Where is the original epic and design? I only see Epic part v2.

@Derryrover , the PDF export (or as i call it 'Toetsen en rapporteren') has a higher priority @LirryPinter made the designs, please send Tom the most up-to-date version @removTilburg can make a geojson file (note: its not a shapefile)

Klopt het dat we ook de gemaakte wijzigingen als geojosn (of ander formaat) moeten kunnen exporteren?

Ik ging er vooralsnog vooruit dat het alleen een import was, maar zie ook export features in het grafische design en het document wat jullie met de klant deelden.

De import en export van geojson staat online op staging versie 0.5.8-2: https://nxt3.staging.lizard.net/hittestresstool/

Er kunnen nog silent crashes zijn die ik nog niet juist afhandel, maar voor de rest denk ik dat het af is.
