What happened?

After creating a DEM edit, if you select another tool or no tool at all, the clickable DEM edit disappears. Water seen in the model stays visible.

How to Reproduce?

Open a model (for exampe v2_bergermeer_with_grndwtr) Create a DEM edit somewhere in the model (inside or outside the boundaries of the model both cause the issue) Either select another tool on the left, or make sure that you have not selected an y tool. The DEM edit will disappear from view. If you click on the DEM edit tool again, the DEM edit wil be visible on the map again.

What did you expect and what was the actual result?

I expected that the DEM edit would be visible even if the DEM edit tool was not selected.

I noticed it when testing production on Edge, but I think that it happens for all browsers.
