What happened?
Radar rain and forecast rain has a 2nd status.
When the rain is done falling, it is shown as not yet started in the 2nd status in the applied rain items in the rain tool.
How to Reproduce?
open the live site
open a model, for example v2_bergermeer_with_grndwtr and template with_grndwtr
add raster rain, for example a rain shower that last 7 hours (could also be 1 hour or another time)
when active, the rain 2nd status is shown as active in the applied rain items in the rain tool and rain falls.
when the rain has fallen and is done (time is over the end time of the rain), the rain 2nd status is shown as not yet active in the applied rain items in the rain tool
The same goes for forecast rain
What did you expect and what was the actual result?
I did not expect the rain to have a 2nd status.
I expected that the status of the rain would be finished/inactive instead of not yet started, since the rain did fall.

The first status seems to be true.
Maybe the 2nd status is not true because the second status is not taken into account and it should not be there?
Seems to happen only for radar and forecast rain.
Does not seem to happen for constand and design.
