What happened?

Creating an issue for Lizard prompts 3Di component instead of Lizard component.

How to Reproduce?

Go to https://github.com/nens/servicedesk-issue-only/issues/new?assignees=lexvand&labels=bug&template=ticket-Lizard.yml&title=%5BLizard%5D%3A+ Somewhere halfway you get 3Di component instead of Lizard component

What did you expect and what was the actual result?

I expected to see Lizard component instead of 3Di component
