Immediately show user that simulation is being stopped after clicking Stop simulation

If the user has clicked Stop Simulation, but the simulation has not been stopped yet, please show the message "Stopping simulation..." instead of the green progress bar

I also feel like it often takes very long to stop a simulation? Perhaps if we can solve that problem, this whole ticket isn't necessary
