Add "Refresh" button to running and finished simulations lists #491

Two dialogs show websocket-based lists:

Simulation overview (runnings simulations)
Results (finished simulations)

The websocket connection may be lost for some reason. Please show the user:

Last updated: xxx seconds ago | [Refresh]

When the user clicks Refresh: reset the connection and reload the list
