Simulation wizard - generate saved state: remove "When the simulation is stable" option #494

In #473 a page was added to generate a saved state. However, we found out that there are backend problems with the "stable" option. This will probably not be fixed anytime soon, so please remove this option from the simulation wizard.

Can you save the code on a separate branch, so that it can be re-implemented once we fix the backend issues?
