3Di Toolbox -> 3Di Schematisation Editor

When a schematisation revision has been downloaded, the path is stored in QgsSettings so that 3Di Toolbox will use this as the default path when choosing a sqlite.

• [x] Please make 3Di Schematisation Editor use this path as default for the 'Load from Spatialite'.

When a user wants to upload a schematisation revision, it is checked if it corresponds to the spatialite that is loaded in 3Di Toolbox.

• [x] Change this to checking which schematisation revision 3Di Schematisation Editor has loaded
• [x] Change the user feedback message to "Warning: the Spatialite that you loaded with the 3Di Schematisation Editor is not in the revision you are about to upload. Do you want to continue?"
