MI crashes if schematisation checker has too many warnings. TOPDESK 2401 0123 #528

"Within the modeller interface, some new (for me) checks have been added in the schematization check. These have been there since September. 2023. When performing the check before uploading, QGIS crashes (this did not happen before). By running the schematization checker I see several thousand (6000 or so) messages, most of which are INFO messages about: Friction for this cross-section will be calculated without conveyance. For open Tabulated or YZ cross-sections, using conveyance in the calculation of friction is recommended in case there is a significant variation of the bed level (for instance, in a scenario with overflowing floodplains)."

Suggested solution: Limit the number of messages per error code to 100; explain to users that not all messages are shown because of this
