Simulation wizard: Add substance concentrations section to Precipitation page #537

Implementation like in the image below.

Please include the units (if user has defined any) in the substance label. In the image, an example of this is given for BOD

UPDATE I think it would be better to put the units to the right of the input widgets

You may also opt for a DoubleSpinBox, but I am not sure they can be empty / emptied, which is required

Should be applied to all types of rain forcing, except NetCDF rain

@leendertvanwolfswinkel what do "contaminant" and "magic potion" do in the above design? I think there is no option for them in the backend. Could you please check?
