Simulation wizard: 2D laterals - add option to select input CRS and reproject coordinates to WGS84 (EPSG:4326) #571

Currently, users are required to supply a CSV file with XY coordinates in wgs84. It would be nice if they can supply CSV files with coordinates in any CRS, and select the input CRS in the simulation wizard.

The 3Di API requires these coordinates to be in WGS84, so they need to be reprojected before posting them
