Add connection nodes and manholes when pasting features in the pipes layer

"When copy pasting a series of lines into the pipe table and saving this, does not add manholes at the start and end points of the pipes. This would be a very nice improvement especially when invert levels of pipe are taken as manhole bottom level (in case of multiple pipes connected to one manhole, the lowest invert level should be taken)"
