Attribute forms are too large for the screen #170

Some of our 'custom' attribute forms (e.g. Pipe) are quite long. On small screens, it does not fit. The main problem with this is that users cannot see the OK button. They cannot make the form smaller or move it further to the top to click OK.

Can we make it possible to make the dialog window smaller, and a scrollbar appears when the contents do not fit the dialog anymore?
