cannot be loaded with the schematisation editor, because its v2_surface_map table contains rows with references to non-existent v2_surface id's (SELECT * FROM v2_surface_map WHERE surface_id NOT IN (SELECT id FROM v2_surface); returns > 0 rows).
[ ] If a v2_impervious_surface_map or v2_surface_map refers to a connection node, surface or impervious surface that does not exist, please skip this feature and tell the user afterwards which items where skipped.
