Vector data importer: Connection nodes are added twice when two culverts connect #195

If in the input data two culverts are connected (start or end vertex of culvert 1 intersects start or end vertex of culvert 2), only one connection node should be created at the location where these two culverts connect, and the culverts should both refer to this same connection node id. Currently, two connection nodes are created (in the same location), so the culverts are not actually connected to each other in the model.

To be sure, this also applies in the same way to Weirs and Orifices
