Handle error when revision number is wrong/missing somehow TOPDESK 2403 0068 #213

When populating the "Load from spatialite" dialog, a user gets the error listed below.

I suggest we catch this error and continue walking the dir, so that the user gets a (perhaps incomplete) list of available schematisations instead of no list at all.

Perhaps these changes need to be made in threedi-mi-utils instead of threedi-schematisation-editor
