Disable topological editing when editing channel vertices

The rule/logic here is:

• The Channel references the connection node, so when editing the Channel geometry, the connection node should not be affected.
• The Connection nodes is referenced by the channel, so if the Connection node is edited, the Channel geometry should also be affected
• The Cross section location references the Channel, so if the Cross section location is edited, the channel should not be affected, but if the channel is edited, the cross-section location should be affected
