Hide fid column #26

Some (or all?) layers have a fid columns. This can be confusing for users and is unnecessary because the id is already the unique identifier / primary key. Also, for laterals, exporting the attribute table to CSV does not result in a valid laterals csv because of this issue.

It seems like there is a bug in QGIS. If table is empty then hiding columns doesn't work properly. image

@ldebek please check if there already is a ticket for this in QGIS repo and if not please file one
