Show 3Di Schematisation Editor as 'experimental' in Plugin Manager #60

metadata.txt contains the line experimental=True, but still the plugin is now marked as 'experimental' in the QGIS plugin manager.

@leendertvanwolfswinkel It seems that QGIS takes the info about experimental flag just from the plugin repository's XML where it is propagated from metadata.txt . So it should start working after publishing tool on QGIS plugins repository.

@reinout Please include reading the 'experimental' flag from metadata.txt when publishing to plugins.3di.live/plugins.xml. Also all previous versions of 3Di Schematisation Editor should be marked as experimental in the xml
