Save spatialite schema version in geopackage

The spatialite contains a table schema_version, with one column version_num

When converting from spatialite to geopackage, please also copy this table to the geopackage.

When converting from geopackage to spatialite, this information can be ignored (for now).

This will allow us (in the future) to check if the schema versions of the geopackage and the spatialite match
