2D boundary condition locations is too strict #208

Some models give "'2D boundary condition 1 does not touch any edge cell.'" For instance prinseneiland.

This is probably due to a reprojection issue.

@Jonasvsl have you seen this more often?

not yet, I haven't tested a 2D boundary condition model. but for prinseneiland I can hardly imagine this. let me check the schematisation

This was also present in an older version of test 2016 and 2017
