nens/threedi-schema/issues/#43 introduces friction values that vary from across the cross-section of a YZ profile.
These should be read from the spatialite and written to the gridadmin in a way that the calccore can use them.
Please consult with @GolnesaK with regard what kind of data & in which format is needed for the calccore
