error running DLR with target=opencl #231

Hi, I compiled dlr with USE_OPENCL = ON and when trying to run TVM model that compiled with target opencl I get the next error : TVMError: Check failed: f != nullptr: Loader of opencl(runtime.module.loadbinary_opencl) is not presented.

I am running the code on laptop that have i7 cpu and nvidia GPU

the co,piltation was done with ` target = 'opencl' target_host = "llvm" #-device=arm_cpu

You will need to build DLR with opencl enabled. See here for instructions: https://neo-ai-dlr.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html#building-for-opencl-devices
