Added EMMO and CML #3

Not sure if this is the appropriate category for them, perhaps the sections could be restructured slightly?

Thanks. Yea, I'm also not super happy yet with the organization but it is the best I could come up with so far.

Originally I thought about separating formats out and have a list for CML, JCAMP ... and related things. I opened and issue about that. (https://github.com/neo-chem/awesome-chemical-data/issues/4), maybe we can discuss there.
