My overall feeling is: we should use more references and links. What do you think about it?

TRUE. Ok, let me change my mind: let's use links only when is required and know that the links will have a low probability of changing it.

Another idea is: to link using a short URL service, where we know we have to maintain those links pointing to the right thing.. Then we have an overview of what we should "maintain" over time. ANother advantage: we would know which links/tutorials are getting traction since the service provide us statistics. Just an idea.

Everything looks good to me. Thanks. I'll merge it into dev and I'll make sure this will get merged into master before we put the new dev portal to the public.
