Bug/bom deleting #4

In this pull request there are

  1. BOM deleted to build the project without any errors
  2. .gitignore adjusted with Intelijj Idea and Eclipse records.
  3. One TODO is present in _OpCode.java. I was not able to translate one comment in this java file.

Hello. yes after deleting all eclipse metafiles it is possible still open the project in eclipse. I have already tested it on my mac without them. See please atached files. Just use import existing project.

after importing project files .project , .classpath and directory .settings are correctly generated.
