Expose MaxIteratorResultItems in `getversion` output #877

Summary or problem description We've received https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neo-go/issues/3323 and I think it can be useful.

Do you have any solution you want to propose? Add MaxIteratorResultItems to getversion result.

Consider SessionEnabled as well, see https://github.com/nspcc-dev/neo-go/issues/3276.

SessionExpirationTime can be also useful
