Make the "Click to add an additional account to this NEP-6 wallet" link (visible when editing a NEP-6 JSON file) more prominent (if possible) #49

It would be nice to have it look like the "Add configuration..." button you see when editing a launch.json file (if vscode has an extensibility point to allow for this)
