A brief description would still be nice, at least for random people stumbling 
on that issue and wondering what queuing actually is. (NOT me, ahem. ;))

Queuing is the ability to execute one after another command that we want to be 
dispatched.

This is useful when we have to wait for a result before executing another 
command.
