Make it possible to use GIN in GWTTestCase #38

Right now, tests within GWTTestCase have to do manual injection themselves. 
It would be really useful to be able to use Gin, a test-custom module, and 
custom test-scoped singletons.

The first thing would be to make the PresenterProxyIntegrationTest works with 
dependency injection, which is related to Issue 36.
