Make an example for dynamically generated presenters #94

An interesting use of GWTP case would be a "google doc"-like application with  
a bar on the left showing all the documents. Clicking a document would spawn 
a new tab in the center slot, re-clicking the document would navigate to that 
slot. Browser history would remember when a user clicks on a tab and would 
let him replay his navigation through tabs.

It's not yet very clear to me how this should be done, or if this will 
require extending GWTP in any way, but this is definitely a use-case I want 
the framework to cover.

Consider doing this within the sample of Issue 77.
