Make the //graph and //table titles configurable #10

When I use //table, it inserts a title for me: "The results of query x." It would be ideal if we could suppress the title altogether, or choose our own title for the tables.

Same goes for titles of //graph.

I'll vote for removing them. If asked for, we can consider actually making them configurable.
