put config under prefs, not extra under the Wheel #2

It's not intuitive to change DB dirs under that icon. "Change db" should have it's own "conenct" icon and other prefs go to the main prefs, retire the wheel.

Maybe connect can be combined the the start/stop button and get rid of that, too.

I think combining connect should be its own icon, and must not combine with start/stop buttons. As it will be annoying to the user if it is asked to connect each time the user presses start button.

I have added a new icon beside pref icon where the user can select the DB dir. I sent a pull request for the same.

Please let me know if I understood you correctly.
