The downloads here: https://github.com/neo4j/neoclipse/downloads claim to be version 1.6, but the Neo4j version inside is 1.6.M02.
The version number should be in sync with what's inside. (or users won't know what they are using really, which can lead to a lot of trouble)
Upgraded to 1.7.
