Cannot see the Neoclipse menu on Ubuntu #63

I just installed Neoclipse on Ubuntu, after download and a compile with maven. The Neoclipse starts and connect with the DB, but there is no menu bar. I attached a screenshot. Maybe there should be a already known solution

Strange but seems to be a known issue on Ubuntu:

Can you please try some of the solutions proposed there?
