Graph App URL Schema open issue. #105

The bellow link will can not work well when the Neo4j desktop was opened. It can not open the Neo4j browser neo4j-desktop://graphapps/neo4j-browser?cmd=play&arg=movies

Neo4j desktop version: 1.4.3 System info : Windows 10 Pro 20H2

BTW. When the Neo4j desktop is not open, the link will can work well.
